Description
Murano glass is produced on the island of Murano, near Venice. It is a glass with many qualities and attributes. To achieve its unique colours and shapes it has to be treated with delicacy and care. The process of making Murano glass consists of melting together mineral sands with air and fire, transforming them into glass. The technique used by Guido Giovando to make this Murano glass necklace and bracelet is known as glassblowing.
