This hand-carved wooden key hanger will give your entrance or hallway a unique look. The original name of this key hanger in Spanish contains the expression “raspa pez”, which mostly people from the Canary Islands use to say fishbone. To create this key hanger, recycled wood and ecological paints and varnishes have been used, helping to conserve the environment to the fullest extent which is something that is very important to Marcos José Martínez, the artisan carver behind this piece. He based this piece on an idea, and let himself be inspired by his environment and his rhythm of life. Eco or ecological paints are composed of natural raw materials of vegetable or mineral origin (such as clay, silicates or lime). They are biodegradable and their composition is free of harmful substances, such as biocides or plasticisers present in conventional paints. Their environmental impact is much lower than that of synthetic products based on petroleum derivatives.
