The Association of Creative Craftspeople of Fuerteventura was founded with the aim of putting Fuerteventura on the map as a benchmark for creative crafts in the Canary Islands. Our goal is to promote crafts and professional artisans through events, online sales, training, publications and sharing know-how on a local, national and international level.

The craftsmen and women of Fuerteventura

The network of professional craftsmen and woman in Fuerteventura is quite diverse not only considering the working areas but as well their nationalities. This creates a very interesting synthesis between tradition and contemporaneity.

Craft in Fuerteventura

The manufacture of crafts has always been an important part of daily life due to the fact that it was closely related to farming, livestock farming and fishing. Today, this cultural heritage together with the beautiful landscapes of Fuerteventura inspire artisans to create astounding and very creative handmade crafts.
